Instant FAVE! I always love healing hips, and this one has so many fun combinations that kept me engaged the whole time. Cannot wait to do this a million and one times! Also that up & down at the end - I have mastered with having to hold two babies at once and get up & down from sitting on the floor for the past almost 5 months. 😉Seemed easy without an extra 25 lbs haha!! Who knew I was working towards this move? 😉

Re-thinking some habits this morning as I’m slowly coming out of survival double newborn mode as my babies are 4 months (& big sister turning 3 this summer!). Needed a detox class & the first class of 2024 was the right fit this morning. Starting the week so energized & grateful & excited to see what this week/month/summer has in store! Happy Monday everyone!!

So glad to participate in the challenge even with two newborns and a two year old! Even though most workouts had at least some interruptions, I was ALWAYS happy to be able to get to the mat. ✨So thankful to do this together!

How have I never commented on this video before??? This is an ALL TIME favorite of mine; I have lost track of how many times I have done this video & LOOOOVE IT! Would love more like it (20 min stretch at the barre).

LOVED the power sculp class from Saturday!! Got me feeling so strong! This challenge will take me longer than a month to fully complete, but I’m so glad it’s making me take time for myself to do some 45 min & 60 min classes. I feel so great after! So motivated by everyone doing their best for the challenge! Cheers to everyone doing the challenge in whatever way is best for them. ☕️

Attempting to get to the mat with 3 under 3. 🤪Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, usually we keep it at the short classes. & there are always spring walks to get our sunshine in if all else fails.
