I am so glad I added this on after the stretch from the challenge today! I wanted a little more heat and this was like the most fun class ever! I danced through and my brain was too busy to notice how hard it was until I was done!

So much wildfire smoke in Portland, OR we have been inside for days! Kids going bananas but managed to sneak this in today. Someday I'll get to a live on the actual day! So thankful for this time! 💖
