Really awesome moves for the core throughout. Pumped to come back to this in the future, although I was having trouble with the side leg part. My outer leg kept cramping and I had to move out of the position and reset my hips. Will continue to work on this.

Oh boy I did not anticipate how hard it would be to say “I am so proud of myself” out loud today, despite how “well” things have been going. But I’m here for the journey. For all the ups and downs, ebbs and flows. I don’t need to find a reason why it was difficult today, to dissect and understand it. I just need to let it be. And tomorrow is a new day.
