Another new favorite. Perfect to do after M<45 Barre Sweat/315. The meditation at the end is particularly salient, as my muscles twitch and I feel the sweat cooling and release that last bit of tension I’ve been holding in my chest, that knot of feelings where I’m most hard on myself. Well done, Marnie and team.

Really awesome moves for the core throughout. Pumped to come back to this in the future, although I was having trouble with the side leg part. My outer leg kept cramping and I had to move out of the position and reset my hips. Will continue to work on this.
