Barbie vibes 💖

Finally got around to the Barbie workout- so fun!! I missed the live but I’m always up for a theme so I rocked my pink and purple workout clothes🩷💜 This is definitely not a workout you want to miss💖💓💕

I think it’s okay and even cathartic to feel all the feels that go along with tough situations! The fact that you’re showing up here means you’re talking care of yourself- and if you can’t take care of yourself you can’t take care of anyone else.
