Finally got to this awesome class!! Not sure if it was my internet connection but I had to leave the app and finish the class on my laptop- it glitched once on my laptop too...again very well could be on my end...BUT I freakin finished the class even though I REALLY thought about just giving up a time or 5!! haha! Feel super strong and accomplised!

I love this theme- especially going into this time of year! It is super busy for my family… our anniversary, kids’ birthdays, my birthday, and holidays all fall within the next few months so it’s kinda madness 😵‍💫 Need to remember balance during this time!
