Something I try to do each day- usually while trying to fall asleep- is think of 10 things I’m grateful for right now… even if it’s the tiniest thing recognizing it helps me be more positive and less negative. If you go to whichever length class you want (60,45,30or 20 min class) they’re all listed in order from the newest to oldest so just scroll to the bottom & you’ll find the oldies! I do this often- some of the old ones were the only available classes when I started😳 It’s come so far🙌🙌
