Leah! I’m so excited for you! Getting off social media is a big deal… everyone is so addicted to it and in my experience it’s nothing but stress and anxiety. I got off during COVID… right around the time I started M/Body-5 years ago💪💪 I found myself mindlessly grabbing my phone a LOT in the beginning but I took all social media apps off my phone- that helped a lot! This platform has been a huge help- having our little community is all I need😊 My family also has a Skylight digital frame- so do my parents and in laws- we share photos with one another there, as well as family text threads. I read a lot more and lately I’ve been doing a lot of art- good things for my brain instead of mindlessly scrolling. I’m really proud of you for tagging this step and knowing what you need for yourself✨👏
