Late to this post but I really like the knock out workouts. It helps me prepare for the rest of the day! 30/45min classes are my sweet spot before I have to go into the office

For the move at 24:14, are you suppose to lay on your hip bone or upper thigh?

My favorite videos have been the OSEA ones. I really like the mix between punching moves and hip circles because it makes me feel powerful and sexy!

Perfect Monday morning workout! I wasn't able to do any impact because of squeaky floors and respect for my neighbors beneath our apartment, but I was still able to get a good sweat. Thank you Marnie! I hope you get to do another pop up in NYC when things get better!
