Hang in there, Beata. I often feel overwhelmed too and in those moments I try really hard to just let myself off the hook. Take the break you need. I find that the strength to workout will follow when I take away the pressure to workout. If being in silence is what you are able to do right now than maybe meditation, not movement, is exactly what your body needs at the moment.
