I did it during my morning free flow stretch with coffee before a root canal on Tuesday 😅 then I did arms + abs to feel strong about it ... I forget the number but it was an older 30 min and it was perfect to get me strong for the dentist. (Which I'm two appointments away from having the work done finally ! Wouldn't have gotten thru that without this fam💙)

Love them! Dancers Legs 184 is an all time fav for me with a super fun Brittany Spears second position dance sequence. As someone who never took dance growing yo they make me feel like I can boogie down!

Wow what a beautiful class! This is a new favorite! I loved that curtly combo! I felt like I was flying! Sweat and stretch is a combo to behold, and don't worry I felt some sneak sculpts in there too!
