Returned to this one today as part of my power sculpt Monday practice 💙 I don't know how many times I did this class but today wa the first time I finished the tricep extension! I've been discouraged lately and feeling g heavy (I'll blame it on January. ) but the words at the end hit me harder then ever 💙 this class proves we can pick ourselves up over an over again.
