Live 63 movement ball is one of my favorite 20 minute classes ever! It's come in handy for me many times when I don't have much time, want a fun sweat and healing hip vibes! Love the OG arms and abs too!

I agree so much! For a while I avoided the 60s but now I love having that hour for my mental health when I can sneak it in! I try for at least one a week, 2 if I'm lucky and have the time!
