What a fun class, im not a swift fan at all but I AM a fan of mbody and any love of music, so this was a great flow and the message at the end had me crying as im about to take off on a tour. As someone who really isn't into TSwifts music, it's not too much and if you aren't a fan, the class will not bother you! So do it anyways, open up your mind and enjoy the flow! I do love the full album class tho!

This class is such a gift. Here because I lost a close friend in a car accident on her first dau of tour a week before i go on mine. Plus my tour van in a span of 72 hours. Been paralyzed with fear but this class keeps me moving. Im in grieving and totally confused at what I can do. But this class is an anchor, and my heart rate has chilled and my breathing steadied. Plus my body is thanking me. Thank you for holding space for us as we grieve, even months into the future. Love yall so much 💙 showing up is bravery, and im going to keep showing up, even if im terrified.

Coming back to this 5 years later when pi ko g a random class and what an amazing flow! Love returning to old classes where I remember dreading the jumps and now its like yes jump!
