Oh man I can't wait! I love a 60 day challenge or what I call journey because its about too months but not too long, theres a lot of seasonal reflection, growth and community with the longer runs. Although im here for anything 🤘💙

So glad you're here!! Love your shine! 💙💙💙

Yall are the best!!! 💙💙💙💙 love yall!

Amazing class and flow!!! This class builds and just when you think its easy it gets a super sneaky burn in that surprises you in your own strength. Definitely a class I wanna come back to and check my growth. Simply amazing. Love you! Ready to release 💙

Love reading these before doing a class that I missed the live for. I get so amped up when a Monique comment lands before I hit play!

Wow this is an oldie but a goodie! Go back to this one yall for a blast of energy and balance 💙

Wow randomly popped into this to follow up a slow sculpt and what an epic practice! Highly suggest returning to this one and the meditation was perfect for me in Dec 2025 💙 amazing flow!

Yes! They just dropped! Specifically excited for the Holiday chair dance?!?!? Oh man, I know Julia and I would love a little Wee do it for the Hoes by 20 Ft Neon Jesus 💙🤞

Omg 🤣🤣🤣🤣💙💙💙💙

Wow to return to this in 2025 was so much fun. I remember being so sad during this class in 2020, having cancelled my old bands tour due to covid. And that message at the end hit me in so many different ways today. How beautiful and how many amazing moments have happened since then even though I thought life was over. Sitting here now, sad that I had to cancel my 10th tour as a solo musician, I needed that message to remind me how much beauty will happen even if I can't see the future. Love this catalog, this class and every moment on the mat. Ps. The workout was epic too :p a lot of variations on different combos and moves i forgot about!
