Wow. New favorite!!!! Playlist! The moves! The puppy! Abs were activated from laughter lol this class has me thinking I need to bring my ankle weights on the road with me! Such a good flow!!! Thank you!! That was like a posture perfect sweaty sculpty hip healing sandwich!

Coming back to this 5 years later when pi ko g a random class and what an amazing flow! Love returning to old classes where I remember dreading the jumps and now its like yes jump! Same with other moves. Love coming back to these old classes to see personal growth and also growth from this community and platform. Love yall!

Amazingly balanced class! I felt like I was being called out with Gotta Have Faith and Reach out and touch Faith 😂 those two songs are sung at me on a daily basis when people learn my name. Beyond that love the new combo in wide second and the mermaid move! Ugh! It never gets old! Thank you!!
