Wow to return to this in 2025 was so much fun. I remember being so sad during this class in 2020, having cancelled my old bands tour due to covid. And that message at the end hit me in so many different ways today. How beautiful and how many amazing moments have happened since then even though I thought life was over. Sitting here now, sad that I had to cancel my 10th tour as a solo musician, I needed that message to remind me how much beauty will happen even if I can't see the future. Love this catalog, this class and every moment on the mat. Ps. The workout was epic too :p a lot of variations on different combos and moves i forgot about!
