Loved revisiting yesterday’s workout!

My beautiful daughter, she is my whole heart. I am so lucky to be her mama.

I became a Reiki master in the autumn of 2019. I have only been able to practice on my family because of covid, but it has become something my family loves. I even do reiki on myself every day.

Today I choose to let go of self doubt.
