I did M/20 deep hip stretch again today

I woke with the worst menstrual cramps this morning and I decided to do the deep hip stretch again. It helped so much! Just wanted to let you all know I’m case anyone needs it. ❤️

One of my super powers

I became a Reiki master in the autumn of 2019. I have only been able to practice on my family because of covid, but it has become something my family loves. I even do reiki on myself every day.
