After spending too long prevaricating over which class to do (and in reality procrastinating), this was the perfect pick-me-up. Energetic and a big adrenaline rush to help me stop wasting time!!!

A beautiful class that works and stretches the whole body. I loved the surprise at the end - wish I lived closer!!

Happy 5 years to the amazing MBody team! This was a perfect celebratoroy class with some great dance moves to help the party to flow. The puppies are adorable, so full of fun and mischief you cant help but smile. Love to all xxx

Like Emily, I havnt done a 60 min class for ages but this was perfect to get back into it - an even pace with lots of fun to keep the focus. Love the puppies ❤️

I really enjoy the 45-minute cardio dance sweat classes. Regardless of how I feel at the start of these classes, I'm full of energy afterwards. So grateful for the catalogue, which has such an excellent variety, 

Brilliant, joyful class. I'm coming back to it after a couple of years, and it feels just as fresh and uplifting. No equipment keeps it simple, but the speed and detail hold the focus. loved it
