Sitting on my mat in London thinking of you today. So in awe of how you have seen the change you needed to make and are following through with it even though it is not easy. Please never let anyone, ex of family, make you feel guilty or bad for following your path. It sounds like your family is starting to realise their mistake. In the meantime my thought is not to agree to see him on your own. Put yourself first ❤️ you will get through this! xxx

Just a note to say your contribution is seen and love being sent for the toll it takes. I was feeling overwhelmed by some community action I am involved in when I read your message. You reminded me that there are people out there and in this community all trying to make a difference and gave me some strength. Sending light for as you reflect on how to look after yourself within all of this. Self care is good and real and necessary ❤️
