I’ve have 5 babies since starting my M/BODY journey and for me, I always just went back to the 20 minute workouts. That was my way of easing into things. I also loved any of the ballet sculpt/stretch classes. Congrats on your baby and yay for wanting to get back into workouts again so soon! My little watches me too from her crib and sometimes my toddler tries to do the workouts with me (she steals my mini ball every time haha). For sports bras, I love the “Freely” brand sold at Academy stores if you have one of those local to where you’re at.
