I joined M/Body for a few months in the Spring and then I stopped because I took a seasonal job working on a farm this Fall and didn't have internet access. These workouts got me SO STRONG for the physical work I did all Fall and now that I'm home for the Winter it feels so good to be back and able to participate in these amazing workouts again. Thank you Marnie and everyone at M/Body for all that you offer and for helping us all grow stronger and kinder together <3 K

I've been doing the one hour classes but I have a longer workout planned for this evening and just wanted something short to loosen up this morning and this one was actually amazing--you fit in so much in just a half hour. Thank you M/Body! <3

I appreciate and respect the hell out of M/Body & Marnie for getting uncomfortable and addressing their community in this way and for taking time to honor George Floyd and all the countless and senseless murders of black bodies by police in this nation. I am glad to be able to continue to support this studio and I will take this class tomorrow morning before attending a local Black Lives Matter protest in my own town in Mississippi. Thank you. <3
