I don’t think the point is to hit everything full out everytime, it’s hard sometimes to feel like you “should” be keeping up because Marnie is crushing it, but she would be the first one to tell you to listen to your body or modify! Sometimes on a last 4 sets of 8, I’ll do one set—drink a sip of water for the second and then jump back in for the last one or two sets, every day is different and all that matters is that you have fun with it and keep coming back to the mat in whatever capacity you are able to knowing the strength and endurance will build with time!

This was my first class back after being away for winter work for 5 months and ohhhhh i missed this so, so much--going to be sore tomorrow but so excited to browse the backlog for short stretch classes in the morning <3

I went back and did the 60 min Beyonce class yesterday and woke up SORE, so this one was perfect to just stretch it all out <3

My goal is to do a class everyday for the month of October and this was a perfect one to do on day 7 when I wanted to rest but still felt like I needed to stretch before bed, now I just want to wash my face and read my book and hit a 60 min signature in the AM <3

I got home late last night from a 15 hour drive and didnt feel like doing much today, but I got a burst of energy this afternoon and jumped on to find this new 20 min video and OMG this was so fun and engaging and also a great opportunity to practice breathwork during abs, it felt kind of meditative through those ab burn sequences. Thanks for a great one, yall
