Hi All! We discussed this in the chat and during the class last Saturday, but here is a picture of my gardening knee pad that I use. It is nothing special, think it was $10 at Target, but it works wonders for my knees.

As I mentioned in the chat, my knee caps have been pulled to the outside of my knee due to over development of my outer thighs after years of playing year round volleyball (which is you always being in a squat position, ha! And back in the early days of club sports, there was no such thing as cross training) and my hyper-mobility going undiagnosed/treated. In high school I went to a ortho because I use to be in so much pain and that is when I had an x-ray taken. In the image, you can see the knee caps resting on the outside bone. I use this pad anytime we are on our knees.
