Hi!! I'm a photographer, artist, mother, and ever hopeful that I will one day make it to an IRL class with Marnie and the fam!

I knew this would be good with that Glass Animals opener (Marnie it's like you're in my head with your music choices!). Looking forward to trying this again when I'm not recovering from sickness and vacation... my smaller muscles were not ready after a week off... didn't use ankle weights and the shake was so real, you really don't need extra!

I love your comments Monique. I have tailbone issues, and I can always look at your descriptions to know if I need to grab my orthocushion for a class. So much love to you girl!

So true. Things can flow off the mat into other parts of our lives, which means none of this time is wasted ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป

Late to this, but I'm wishing you serious healing Alyssa!! It's so hard when things feel good until they suddenly don't. I struggle in this arena, but like others have said, "time & grace." Exploration not expectation. Sending you so much love, and hoping things have improved for you since you posted!

When I miss a class I always scroll to see your comments Monique. Yet ANOTHER reason you are such a fabulous member of this community.ย ๐Ÿซถ

I was one of those people who asked why not just keep her? And I completely understand and respect you knowing your balanced boundaries and what you can take on. I'm inspired by that. Great powerful workout and chat afterwards :-)

This is the best functional training class. So much value packed into a 20min session, with Tiggy as our sweet cherry on top of this Sunday.ย

"Heros" in wide second triple solidifies Marnie as my "hero" forever. And then, having Enya roll up into the stretch brought the major water works. I hadn't heard that song since I was a kid, and it brought me serious comfort in a hard childhood.. this class brought joy in the deepest way. When you need to move, and stretch, and feel good in your body, this is the best. I would recommend this one for newbies too.ย

The heat building of this healing hips was so nice. It feels like a great one to add onto an active day, where you may not have officially "worked out" but were on your feet all day (which may be so many of us). This works so well for this month's theme of "opening up."
