this is the most fabulous functional workout. Lots to work through, lots of options for growth, no matter where you are! (Amanda, make sure to have your thick mat for the ab work, cause lots of tailbone) Congrats on being able to do this workout Marnie!

This was a struggle.. meaning, at times just holding proper posture even (and not even adding the movements) felt like major work in the hips and back. So, naturally I favorited it. I'd love to return to this sort of space enough to help it feel more free, and less tight and difficult.. And that ending, especially given all the hip release brought the tears. Thank you Marnie & team!
