You did it! CONGRATS!!!

This class was a major stabilizer awakener, but my quads are also at the party. I think this is going to be one of those classes you feel for the rest of the day. Highly recommend if you need something to ground you for your day, but don't want the bounce.

Thank you Marnie & Katelyn.. going to do this workout now keeping these tips in mind. I think I'm trying to grip that ball waaaay too tightly (a feature set of mine)

 Also, resident wise woman Lindsey J recommended wearing shorts for skin on ball grip. Gonna try that too. 

Want to return to this to see how I can improve in the plank. Even after 5 years, push ups and planks are so challenging because of long arms (but hey I can reach stuff!). Also, I LOVE those leggings and wonder where they're from??

Marnie, I am sending you so much love during this roller coaster year. You're really going through it, and girl, hugs to you. Notes on this class: fun cardio, heavy heavy glute and leg work, and some serious plank practice. This one might be one of the toughest signatures, but it feels so good to complete. If you start it, stick with it.. the music and stretch at the end feels glorious.
