Hi!! I'm a photographer, artist, mother, and ever hopeful that I will one day make it to an IRL class with Marnie and the fam!

This is such a favorite. I love the fancy footwork with the hip circle combo midway through the class, and the music is fire. A very good class to return to when I'm feeling anxious energy and don't know what to do with it.

This is perfection for upper body tightness. It’s like all of the wonderful upper body stretches we do in various classes, rolled into one class, with a sprinkling of wonderful mobility work in the arms, back, and shoulders. Excellent space maker for this short torso gal 🥰

This is flipping hilarious!! I love this Cass! When this all started during lockdowns, I used Costco sized cans of tuna for the longest time, and it truly feels good to have a weight! 😆❤️🙌🏻

Thanks for this tip. Intrigued about the concept for sure, and loving the idea of embracing what’s already there 🥰

Anja, I’m so glad you were safe! But that’s incredibly scary. I hope it doesn’t sour you on bike riding, and thank you for sharing this incredibly wise perspective ❤️

That Jack Johnson opener is so so happy :-) And this class is gorgeous for low impact but full body strength. I feel like this one helps support all the planks we do in other classes without the super focus on actual planks. A challenge, but one to come back to when I don't want planks but I want to work to support them.

This class has a beautifully challenging extended arm weight section, and a gorgeously simple yet powerful barre leg series. Major challenge, but lovely accessibly. Breathe through the challenge here and do this class when you need an hour of practicing peaceful resilience. Geesh, I loved this one.

I've been feeling twinges in my back recently, and this one finally released it. Future me, do this if the back sensitivity comes back!

I find myself missing lives this month, but when I'm able to finally do them, they are so so powerful. This one has more lunge strengthening, combined with hip strength, so when you're pressed for time, but need some hip leg work, comeback to this one! Also so many quotable quotes from Marnie in this too, do the workout and prepare to be uberly encouraged :-)

This was so challenging.. mentally allowing myself to go slow with those all the way down to the floor lunges? That's a work I need. Come back to this when you want 60 min with no props and to work on the areas that need growth (lunges to the floor!)
