This video is brilliant. I’ve often wondered why when balancing my right side feels so weak and it’s because I am right handed! Major lightbulb moment. Also, I’m amazed at the bringing up of perioral dermatitis because I’ve been dealing with that for about nine months and haven’t known what to do. I cut out most dairy which helped but now I am thrilled to try castor oil. This may just be the best Q&A ever

Another wonderful class, with a great full body balance combo and some awesome upper body work. 

This is one of those classes where you work and work and work, with a beautiful release at the end. I struggled here, but future Amanda please come back to this one. It's so good and worth the work (as always).
