I know why I favorited this class years ago, it is AMAZING.

This class was a joy from start to finish. I loved every combo and do not think the smile ever left my face.

Just got tickets for me and a friend, this will be her first ever M/Body!

So sad I missed this live so came for it today and I am obsessed. I have been really working on rehabing my core post-baby and this is PERFECT for engaging without straining those muscles.

Definitely not busy at all! I also actually have no idea how I ended up on this board because I can still only find it through notifications. 

I love a THEME and a 45.  This class was filled with wiggles, dancing, and so much fun!
