I had a long weekend of wedding and family. I will be playing catch up on the challenge! This challenge just looks very different then any other one I have completed, but being ok with that has been the challenge. I have been practicing being my own very own cheerleader and only saying nice things to myself!

Letting Go

Letting go of the feeling that I am not doing enough, especially on the days I am not able to make it to the mat.

Got a Mani/Pedi instead!

Because I am leaving town in couple days I decided to sub out buying myself flowers or a plant(don’t need anymore before the move) and I got a mani/pedi instead! It was well worth it, since I haven’t had one in forever!!!
