Hi! My request would be for a quick recovery class, under 15 minutes. Something I can do on work trips after a 12+ hour day on my feet to help me recharge and be ready to do it all over again the next day. (342 is on repeat during my work trips) 💜

Omg I have so many!

Higher Love - steve winwood

Back to life - soul2soul

Ready or Not - Fugees

Man in the Mirror - MJ

Anything Whitney, Madonna or Celine (yes we are on a first name basis), Ace of base

Don’t speak - no doubt

Ok I should stop!! Can’t wait to dance with all of you!!!

I’m really sorry to hear that. That must feel tough. This doesn’t define your worth—you’ve got so many strengths, and I know something great will come your way (this is something I’m constantly reminding myself of)💕

Love everything about this!

This is amazing! I love this so much!

Can’t wait for our 21-day challenge! Let’s keep it real, be ourselves, and have a blast along the way—because real progress starts with showing up as YOU!

Welcome back to the mat. It takes real strength to show up. Just being here is a win! One breath, one step, one rolling push up at a time—we’re glad you’re back!

Thank you for posting this! ☺️

374 is great for this time of year!!!

I got one on amazon, I think it is called Funcheer or something like that. It’s adjustable. I would like to get some weighted bags to help stabilize it for some of the barre work we do but besides that I love it!
