I’ve read so many good ones recently! Where the Crawdads Sing, When Never Comes, The Last of the Moon Girls, The Keeper of Happy Endings -all of these are romance-y but have good storylines outside of the love story. I also read 1984 and it took a while to get into but was very good and thought provoking. Regretting You was a really fast read, and right now I’m reading A Court of Thorns and Rose (so many people recommended and it’s good so far!) it reminds me of a grown up Beauty and the Beast!

This is such a great reminder, Jessica! Today was a lower energy day for me too! I had all but talked myself out of doing the 60 minute class, but decided to hit play! The cardio dance was hard, but I reminded myself I could just lightly dance - I didn’t need to do the most jumps, or mark things cleany! So I let my moves be messy and by the time the weight series came around my heart was pumping and all the good vibes were flowing! So glad I got to the mat!

Starting off the Summer challenge with this class since I can’t join the live today, and I forgot how amazing this class was! Low impact brings the SWEAT! This class has inspired a new playlist “Brain Work”! So many amazing combos in this class make it super dancey and fun! Your brain is working so much, the class just flies by! Also a great one for on the go because there’s no equipment or jumping!

That’s awesome they’re working!! I haven’t tried to toe spacers, but I do an exercise where I sit cross cross and put one of my feet on my knee and then lace my fingers between my toes and just try to gently separate them out and then I’ll gently roatate my ankle as well with my fingers still between my toes! The first time I did it I couldn’t even get my fingers in between my toes, but lots of practice has given me more space! It feels good too!

2 months later and I’m back to take on this class again! This class was SO hard for me the first time I did it (like wanted to stop in the middle hard) but I pushed through, hit favorite, and promised myself I would come back to it! So glad I did, because now it’s on my favorites list because I love it! This is a totally unique Signature 60, you stay moving through the whole class with no elongated stretch series because you’re working and stretching all class long! This class was extra dance-y to me, with lots of chances for bouncy cardio and hip circles. The No equipment at this length made for tons of unique series and prompts to push yourself a little deeper!

If you just need to shake it out, HIT PLAY! As Marnie says, this is like a sleep over dance party! The choreography is light, bouncy, and freeing! By the end of class I was crying tears of joy! It’s a total release class and is perfect if you need to feel free!

You are beautiful! And I love that you’re giving your belly some much deserved love! Sometimes it helps me to take time to thank my body for all that it does -inside and out! I’ve had a really hard struggle with acne over the last several months and have struggled (and sometimes still do) to give my body the love it deserve, I try to remind myself that our bodies are so much more than just an aesthetic! So what I’ll do is a short meditation-like session, try to clear my mind a little and then go through each part of my body and thank it for what it does. So I’ll thank my eyes for being able to see the beautiful sunrise, my nose for being able to smell the fresh air, thank my stomach for taking in all the nutrients my body needs, my skin for protecting me, all the way down to my toes for keeping me balanced! By the end I’m usually so amazed at what my body does, I don’t have any room left for judgement. The more I do it, the more I’m able to stop myself from negative self talk!
