No impact but all the sweat! My heart rate was still up from all the kicks in this class! I also loved the unique cardio dance sequence at the beginning!

The talk at the end about the different balls was great, I recently got the mini ball and it’s made all the difference for me. I couldn’t put my feet on the traditional ball at all, but after using the mini ball for a few months I just tried the traditional ball under my feet and I was able to get on the ball and balance! The mini ball has been such a great tool to stretch and strengthen my feet. I also love the challenge of using it during floor glute work. Marnie mentions that it can be very therapeutic if the micro ball is too intense, I accidentally stumbled into finding this out when I was using it under my hips one day. All that to say, if you’re on the fence about getting the mini ball, do it! It’s such a great tool and has become a staple in my workout tools!

So proud of you Beata!!! I think it’s one of the best accomplishments when we not only hear what our body needs but follow through on it, especially when we have the tendency to push through! This was also the first challenge for me where I let go of the idea of doing it all! As I started to get a run down feeling I reminded myself that this is about sustainability, health, and like you said having FUN moving our bodies! I also couldn’t agree more with the fact that so many of these wellness activities are little gifts that I do in my everyday life now! So many wonderful habits have come from M/body!

This is such a great detox class! It wasn’t super high impact but had lots of options for bouncing. I loved all the twisting moves and intentional movements to help detox the lymphatic system. I felt so strong and full of energy by the end of class!

This class felt super healing and sculpting all at once! Lots of stretching moves laced in with the slow burn moves, and fun new combos that keep your mind focused on the workout! Definitely a new favorite I will come back to - the punch squat combo had me smiling the whole time!

This is a slow burn - so many great combos at a slow pace so you can really get the flow! I used all my props for this one! Big ball, mini ball, and weights! So much fun! I loved the balancing ab work on the ball at the end, lots of opportunities to just play in this one!

3 years of dancing with the M/body fam has gone by too fast!!! I joined when there was just one video on the platform and could have never imagined the beautiful collection this has become! I can think of no better way to celebrate than with a planks and push up class! Because 3 years ago I don’t think I would have made it 5 minutes into this workout and today I felt stronger than ever!!! This is such a fun endurance class and a great way to build up plank strength! Can’t wait to do it again!
