This class is going on the favorites list! I love what Marnie said about doing this on different energy days, this class was made for you to decide how much to strengthen and how much to stretch! Such a wonderful mix of both. Absolutely no bouncing in this one and lots of longer sequences so you have time to learn the moves!

Sending lots of love to you Jess!! I know it’s not easy to open up and talk about how you’re struggling but thank you for sharing because it lets us know we’re not alone! I turned 30 this past year and it has by far been my hardest year yet! It’s helped me so much to hear from a lot of women that they’ve experienced this too!

To be honest it’s felt like every year my life was improving and working towards goals I had set then this year I just hit a plateau and had a lot of really low moments, with tons of anxiety! One thing that has gotten me through is reminding my self that how I’m feeling is not forever! While I may feel down today, this week or even for the whole month, things will shift and they’ll be high moments again!

I personally feel like 30 has been a hard year because the things that I thought I’ve been working towards and wanting out of my life are no longer necessarily things I want to peruse so it’s been hard accepting that I’m changing and accepting a new course. 💜

I’m also trying to cut out processed sugar!! The longest I’ve gone is a month, but it was in the summer when the fruit is so good and easy to get!! I’ve been trying to have more sugar free days as we head into warmer weather! I check off the day on a calendar when I’m sugar free and it’s such a great visual to see that even though I’m not perfect I’m able to have more and more sugar free days!

I absolutely LOVED this all standing class!! The moves flowed so beautifully, I felt like I was moving through water!

This was my first class back after almost a month and it was just what I needed! I agree I loved using the heavier weight with low reps, such a fun change and an awesome challenge that my body enjoyed!

This class flew by!! I always love the heart opening focused classes, I feel so open and full of oxygen for the rest of the day! The self love meditation at the end was beautiful and such a great extra moment of rest before jumping back into your day!

This is an amazing 45 minute class that I had forgotten about! There’s an extra cardio lift after the dance series that is super fun! Glutes are done at the barre with some great ball balancing moves and movement from standing to the floor that feels really dynamic! The ab dance at the end was SO fun and felt very healing for the hips!

I’ve already done this amazing class twice since it came out!! The focus on twisting and hip movement in this class feels so healing and truly just gives you a burst of energy! I absolutely loved the punch and leg raise combo and then of course the plank dance at the end to the Killers made me almost tear up it was so beautiful! This class flies by and has such an uplifting message about the pressures around the new year. If you feel like you’re not doing enough, or you’re not where you’re suppose to be, remember that you ARE! And you’re exactly where you should be - getting ready to hit play on movement that will heal you inside and out! 💜 Thank you Marnie and team!!

The grounded sweat classes are my all time favorite!! So excited to have a shorter one I can go to as well! I love this edition because it felt so stretchy in between the burn! Special shout out to the downward dog dance at the end it was so much fun!!
