I LOVE this!!! Some of my favorite memories are doing Denise Austin Kickboxing tapes with my mom! She always modeled that working out was suppose to be fun and to feel good, not to look good and it’s helped me to have a healthy relationship with exercise! Way to go Mamma Megan! Your girls look like they’re having a blast! I would have loved to do M/body as a kid too!

Love it!!!! That was a new favorite for sure!! I was so sweaty after it too! All those squats for the cardio dance series were no joke!!
