After close to a decade of M/Body (&Barre Belle!) my thoughtful husband and sweet son gifted me a barre of my very own for Mothers Day! I’m so grateful for Marnie, the M/BODY team and this inspiring community. Just finished a 45 min barre sculpt and it was glorious, felt almost like the studio days! Cheers to even more fun at the mat!💕💕💕

Thank you from the very depth of my soul. Sending that powerful love back to you and all the people of LA and California. Feeling powerless, guilty and as if we aren’t doing enough is crushing, but coming together and showing resilience is a huge help. Huge thank you for the shoutout to the parents, my father called from Mexico and MIL from MI were in a panic from the news as well; we’re all someone’s child 🤍 Salt tears for awhile, but sweat is coming as we build back our city of angels 🙏🏼🤍🤍🤍
