Catching up on a missed day of the new 60 day challenge. I always love when these oldies are included in the challenges to really get back to the basics of mbody ❣️It really is incredible how challenging these OG classes remain. It never gets easier, but we get + feel stronger which is so beautiful and badass 💪🏼

I remember doing this class during the live back in 2020 and just not feeling strong enough for the one leg hip bridge series at the end. Just completed this class a year and half-ish later without even batting an eye at that series. The movement and the strength was just there. The best feeling. Thank you Marnie!!!! Xoxo
