I was so exhausted so could only complete 20 mins of this. But even in the first 20 I feel so nice and stretched out and wonderful. Can’t wait to complete it soon!

Hey! - where are you from? For anyone in the UK I highly recommend sweaty Betty! I’ve had a mat of theirs for a year, it doesn’t slide AT ALL it’s so grippy and I love it so so much. (It was £65) I’d advise against any cheap one from amazon as I’ve had two from there that slip all over the floor and are a nightmare for downward dog (even if they claim otherwise) and last maybe a couple of months. I think a mat is a worthwhile investment if you do M/BODY regularly. ❤️
