Thank you so much for the supportive comments ❤️ that Zora quote really speaks to it- the process of gaining wisdom.

Striving for joy was another lesson of the year. It is not a frivolous at all, feeling joy, inspiration, these individual expressions are sacred and a light to guide the way

Thank you all again for seeing me ✨🤗💫 and M/BODY for holding space

I personally like the 45 min the best!

Would love more 45 min posture sweat, I know pride is only once a year but it’s also my favorite style class!

For equipment I loved recently the low impact with movement balls. Would love to have more glider and microball classes to choose from in the library

I’m also supporting my partner who has been out of work for over a year as well, it’s so hard to be strong for everyone and yourself 🥲! You are doing such an amazing job to take care of your family, and taking care of yourself and your mind too 💜 I truly hope the best for your husbands job search until then know you’re not alone 💪 and happy birthday!

“Unrealized creativity is not benign, it metastasizes into grief”

Instant tears for me. After a lifetime of doubting myself, my desires, my needs, I had a realization recently that not only are my desires perfectly okay, they are sacred.

Thank you Marnie for your work and grace 💜

I couldn’t believe when I opened the app last week and saw you broke your foot! How annoying. I’m so sorry and can appreciate how difficult that is for someone who’s life is dedicated to movement! In spite of it, you didn’t even skip a beat providing classes and positivity for all the M/BODY fam. Thank you for continuing to hold this authentic space and literally and figuratively showing us how to put one foot in front of the other even when everything feels broken. Grace is ability to accept what we don’t deserve (good or bad). Nourishing ourselves in this moment is grace, our grace is resilience 💪

Any special tips for hyper mobile people while doing all the signature, cardio, posture (well, maybe all 😂) classes? I’m hyper mobile and notice a lot of the time going slower and no impact option feels more productive, but curious if there’s any other tips?

Another thing is I wondered if it’s ever possible to be doing the dancing movements “too slow” for them to be effective? I’m rebuilding some balance and strength in my left side and it’s always harder to keep up with the pace on that side- and not sure if it’s better go slow and have good mind body connection, or just go with the pace and let it be crazy wiggly!
