3rd visit to this gem in a little over month - that's a record! It's <20 but it's action packed!  I had an epiphany: one of my legs stays on the ball the whole time and the other doesn't and does that have to do with right and left brain?...but I forgot which side it was already! Wait, I just demo'd it for the hubs - it's when the left foot is on the ball. Interesting. Thanks for listening fam.  Winding down with this on a day of long haul chores. Try this fam - you'll love it,

… I got invited to my first group hike - with lots of new people! Two of my oldest friends will be there too 😅 ( no scrambling I promise). I’ll be thinking of the g/fam and my m/ovement ball and challenging my inner caterpillar to think about flying. (Saw a couple little ones yesterday and thought of you guys)

A very lovely class and a great 'starter m<60' for anyone new out there. Thank you M. Beata, I too have not done a 60 in a minute and this one was the perfect pace for re-entry. And I obviously have some things on my mind to ponder because I burst into tears when Marnie asked 'wha's weighing you down'. Gonna go find some butterflies and see what's up.

Not sure if I’ll make the live today - I sort of strained my wrist on a boulder scramble 😂 A for effort! Was so freeing running around on the big rocks.. I just underestimated the down parts.. scooted down on my bottom a bit.

Love you guys! Xo

This is really such a perfect and joyful peek into the world of M/Body. Revisited this class this morning as I wanted some cardio and a pick me up and I have to miss the Live later today. Fit the bill! Still working on getting up from kneeling, and I'm now more limber (for me) going from goddess to the side leg stretch yay! Thanks M!

I know! I did this last night and my legs were shaking (in a good way) :)

Did this quickie after our surprise 'live' m<10 stretch flow after today's live m<20 Barre sculpt! Maybe because it's the 3rd of May? Was fun!

This class kicks glute! Try it please.  I did this without props and felt all the feelings so don't fret if you are traveling or not in your regular space, and you will sweat. Revisiting lower impact but not low on anything else <45s before I tackle last week's knock out sweat (because I'm off my m/schedule and working my way back into it) and this Saturday's <60!   (How did I do 60s almost every day in the before time??) xo

Happy May 2023! G/Fam, please visit or revisit this class.  It is a wonderful combination of classic M/body moves with some nice holds in poses to work your core in a different way. And was just really joyful and fun. I used a friend's mat (that was squishy and I kind of like it ? and, near a mirror.. and actually was pleased to see that my form is still pretty good even though I've been away from the mirror wall in the studio for 3 years, Shoulders down from your ears kids, shoulders down. xo
