Day 3 of 2022 Habit Hack: Ignite Resilience! Holy Cow. I need to add the floor abs/Plank/Down dog series (around minute 20, 21) to every <20 or <30 I do from now on to get back into fighting shape! I am feeling the lack of doing a 60min class five days a week (OGs know what I'm talking about). You think you're strong and you do classes every day online of some type. This one brings the OG heat!!! Bring a towel people. Bring a towel! Chef's kiss Marnie you badass.

Revisiting for 21 day habit hack! I sat on my mat against a shelf with a pillow at my back, my legs out in front of me. It was wonderful. I am grateful for being alive every day. It's as simple as that. It's good to remember the basics. Thanks Marnie!

Revisiting for my 'do all the videos ' personal goal. I remember this live and how I loved just jumping around and doing whatever dances I could do and I was a little bit better today! Can't wait to do this again. Perfect for when you are kicking yourself for not doing a workout earlier, and you want to feel re-energized!
