Third time - still rocks! Got very sentimental thinking about Barre Belle and the OGs. Got emotional during the midway stretch today. It's truly a great release class - pace is amazing. Desert Island class for sure. Thanks M.

This was fantastic and especially after my morning walk. Can't wait to try the standing leg work w/strap again and again to work on my balance. Totally recommend for before or after any workout or after sitting for a while. It's really stretchy and lovely, and, naturally, a little sweaty.

It's all in the name: Barre Sweat! Felt so good to do this. Highly recommend and adding it to favorites as I really dig standing ab work to mix things up. xo

Loved this! Perfect for getting me out of my 'I'm sore from yesterday's live/ maybe slightly hung over (?)/ I want to binge all of season 2 of Killing Eve' mood I was in earlier. Perfect flow, great sweat, feel energized. Highly recommend!

Third time on this one I think for spring 22 challenge! I'm proud of my progress. I just love this one. I'm in Corrales NM and my cousin's dogs came to join me and lick me during the closing quote from RBG. What excellent timing! Thanks M for this one. Def a fave!

This was amazing. One of those sneaky sweaty powerful ones.. yum. I just love it when your body can tell you 'yep this is working for me right now'. Totally recommend if you haven't tried it yet, especially if you're new to M/Body. A great intro to a barre and standing centric class. Thanks M!
