This was perfect. I'm 55 today and I wanted to start my day with an M/Body class and I'm so happy I chose this one to begin this lovely day. Thanks Marnie for my body which is so strong and more bendable since I met you. xo

Revisiting this class on a very humid warm Sunday morning in May. It's so perfect. The orange tights always make my day. I'm back to my self-challenge of doing all the vids in order (or as best I can ) and that one really got my calves! Love it. xo

This was just what I needed! Lots of good stretching and sweating and abs and everything. I used the mini ball throughout and it was the perfect size today.

Oh. My. Body! That was amazing and you know I'm a sensitive little bunny. I love that ball. My body loves that ball. I had forgotten that she's my best friend and I needed to roll around on my kitchen floor with a little hard ball to tell her that. I feel electric and I'm crying. How do you always do that Marnie? I love you.

Third time - still rocks! Got very sentimental thinking about Barre Belle and the OGs. Got emotional during the midway stretch today. It's truly a great release class - pace is amazing. Desert Island class for sure. Thanks M.
