Highly recommend. This was a lovely stretchy, strengthening class.  I was stretching parts of myself I didn't know needed stretching. M you are a goddess. Can't wait to do this again. Perfect after a very long walk (because I thought class was at 10.. why does this keep happening to me? lol). Was so happy the video was up so quickly - thanks K!

Visited this class today and re-reading the comments from the g/fam afterwards and they just make me so happy that this exists and happy watching all of use grow and learn and get stronger every day.
