This is a must do class especially for anyone new to the platform because A) it's a great intro to the M/Body experience in body and mind. B) the pace is lovely and there are all kinds of modification options. C) sneaky sweaty which is the best kind and importantly, D) after the end of class moments of gratefulness , keep watching, grab your post work-out beverage and/or snack and a box of tissues, or your workout towel, and please watch all the way through the surprise video for the 1 year anniversary of M/Body Online. It is the most lovely experience and you will be able to see how many lives this platform has touched and why we love it so. xo

I can't wait to do this again and especially to re-visit the floor combo work! Challenged every part of my 'me'! Thank you Marnie for coming up with new ways for us to use our bodies in wonderful ways. Feel a little taller too.

Immediately a favorite! Great Low-Impact Sweat. Sweat. Sweat. Every section in this workout felt fresh and challenging and fun - so fun! And the custom M/Body G-Fam members created soundtrack?!?! Excellent job! Do this one as soon as you are able.

Such a great workout! Bookmark as a favorite even if you are in your usual workout space and grab a chair! A great sweat and I took the time to feel my stretches and muscles and alignments (per Marnie's encouragement!). A great flow and sweat!

I love this one - it has everything and the flow is excellent and the impact is very low. As Monique said, it is sweaty - a great way to end the day. Side note: quite by accident I'm doing this in 2022 on Rosh Hashanah - love that!

I love this one! If you do not yet have any m/body exercise balls - do not fret! This can very easily be done without a ball and still the same impact/stretch/sweat. Great way to start the day. Thanks M!

Oh that I could have been in class live on Wednesday for this! What a Joy of a class. This is a great one for travel - any counter / desk/ chair will work - just keep in mind the 'sweat' in the title is real! xo

Highly Recommend!! It was AWESOME. My sister did her first M/Body today! What a class to start with!!! I can't wait to do it again. Our thighs were shaking. I LOVE that feeling!
