Try this! Really feeling this one today! Has been in my favorites for a while. Just completed it as my last class of the Summer of Strong challenge (2023)! I was playing a little bit of catch up and now I'm done! Perfect way to end a challenge by doing a video for the first day of a new challenge! 

A super duper example of an IRL M/Body studio m<60.  I'm sweating like I was in the studio. I especially loved hearing the shoutout to Beata that it was her third class! Woo Hoo!

Another excellent, classic m<60. This one rocked and my glutes are already wobbly (which is good).

Highly recommend this m<60. It is more living proof of how M/Body nurtures your body, mind, soul and heart as well as making you strong, sweaty, stretched and safe. Look towards the sun, be in the light.

Loved the choreography this morning. Once again, cannot wait to revisit some new moves - I had so much sweat running into my eyes during the plank series - I need to get prescription swim goggles to wear in the sweat classes!
