Monique nailed the low down on this one perfectly. Yummy amounts of leg kicking as well.  Try it when you want a little bit of everything, with some emphasis on planks.. to get us ready for .. the 300th live class on 7/12!!!

Highly recommend. Totally favorited this right away as well. Reading all of your comments below were inspiring as usual, and doing this class in replay this morning was just what I needed. There were 3 pound weights lying around so I tried those! I'm going to feel this tomorrow in a good way - like Monique said, this has all the burns-so-good! Thank you Marnie, you goddess in pink and marigold.

This is an excellent class - ball or no ball - it will have you sweating and enjoying variations of moves we are very familiar with. I hadn't done this one in a long while and I was happy to see it again for the 2023 Summer of Strong challenge. (I am jumping around the challenge calendar a bit due to my wacky schedule and mood). xo

I agree with Simona! This was a true pleasure of a class. I hope everyone new to M/Body felt the same way and that you keep coming to the mat. It's a life changing experience. What a great way to kick off this Summer of 2023 Challenge.

Oh I needed my inner ballerina tonight and I made sure I went low in my deep Pliés.  I'm excited for the 2023 Summer O' Strong challengers to try this tomorrow! (or whatever day you do it! A nice sweat too!
