First of all, Highly recommend! Wow oh wow oh wow was that a beautiful class. I took a leap and I did the jumps during the last part of the Barre series! Oh it was so joyful and I'm really proud of myself. Thank you M!

M/<20s are always, always great. Like Faith says, this is underrated. Try it with or without the ball/s. With or without impact. You'll feel super afterwards either way.

I still agree with my December 2021 self that this a sculpt class and I still got sweaty.  I think my next self challenge will be to revisit all of the 2021 classes!
