Have been searching for any non-kneeling classes (recent knee issue) and was happy to revisit this one almost 3 years later! Love some ballet barre work!

Another note to future self: read your notes about wearing shoes 😆 Got through class with a lot of modifications and feel all the good feelings especially abs!
