Echoing the G/Fam peeps ahead of me in the comments, this was a glute and oblique and balance bonanza. I can't wait to try the floor series again and be able to raise the same arm as my leg! I was wiggling all over the place and laughing so much. Thanks M.         Oh! I have a question for the next q&a : Can you go into detail on Pigeon Pose again sometime? I always kind of forget by which hip I'm stretching: the bent leg one or the hip of the leg behind me (which I think it is) and if it's the one behind me, are we trying to keep the bent hip down as much as possible too? I love Pigeon and I've been doing it for 800 years and I still am challenged in a good way by it. Thanks!

Oh I had forgotten how fun this class was! The sweat did not disappoint and since it was the end of the day, I took I nice bath afterwards. Lovely.

A great classic m<60 that has great flow and no equipment (unless you want to use weights or use a towel/ball under your head). I love how I always feel different muscle groups after every class and I feel super stretched too.  We are unstoppable and we are uncontainable.

Used 2 lb weights the whole time for the first time in years! Thank you Marnie! I am a strong and capable human!

Day 2, Summer of Strong 2023 - check. I needed the ending meditation today for sure. I wrote: Mom - can't control her actions ever and I felt a little lighter. Thank you M. Have fun with this one today G/Fam it's a really good'un especially the rolly polly salsa combo (as I like to call it ) I'm still modifying by getting to my knee then up, but better at the falling back on my bum part! Woo.

Because I can never seem to start a challenge on time or with the first class, I picked this one as it fit my day today that got entirely out of hand. So happy and sweaty! Like my friend Monique S, , I feel my endurance getting better and better with every re-visit and silly me had never thought of grabbing my hand weights and definitely will next time for sure. Summer of Strong begins!

So so so good. I did this one today on a old wood floor and it felt good to feel my feet upon it, to feel really grounded. Also was the first time in a long time where my feet seemed calm. I love stretching farther and farther each time I do this class. Thanks M.
