What a great way to start this week. The messages throughout really spoke to me today.

I was able to do more kneeling! And kinda more of the top of foot stuff! Woo! Have fun with this one G/Fam!

Fun Fun class for everyone and Happy 2023 Summer of Strong challenge Day 9!! Fun Fact I had just added my comments to yesterday's live (m<45 Full Barre Sculpt) about working on being able to balance on hand and knee of the same side when lo and behold here it is again! lol - I managed to do the moves for a little bit before major wiggles and collapsing.ย  I believe Marnie mentioned that today's class would be an excellent follow up to the live.. and it was!ย  Have fun with this one!

Echoing the G/Fam peeps ahead of me in the comments, this was a glute and oblique and balance bonanza. I can't wait to try the floor series again and be able to raise the same arm as my leg! I was wiggling all over the place and laughing so much. Thanks M.ย  ย  ย  ย  ย Oh! I have a question for the next q&a : Can you go into detail on Pigeon Pose again sometime? I always kind of forget by which hip I'm stretching: the bent leg one or the hip of the leg behind me (which I think it is) and if it's the one behind me, are we trying to keep the bent hip down as much as possible too? I love Pigeon and I've been doing it for 800 years and I still am challenged in a good way by it. Thanks!

Oh I had forgotten how fun this class was! The sweat did not disappoint and since it was the end of the day, I took I nice bath afterwards. Lovely.ย

A great classic m<60 that has great flow and no equipment (unless you want to use weights or use a towel/ball under your head). I love how I always feel different muscle groups after every class and I feel super stretched too.ย  We are unstoppable and we are uncontainable.
