Ok so, the plank to crouch, to weight lifts in crouch, to standing, lifting your weights, down to plank, then pushups? Amazeballs! I always say this, I can't wait to work up to heavier weights (slowly and safely)! I used 5s today and it felt really good. Loved being able to do the live today with the g/fam in real time. xo
