Ok so, the plank to crouch, to weight lifts in crouch, to standing, lifting your weights, down to plank, then pushups? Amazeballs! I always say this, I can't wait to work up to heavier weights (slowly and safely)! I used 5s today and it felt really good. Loved being able to do the live today with the g/fam in real time. xo

'pretty sure' = 5 days later on a very cold morning, in our back room, with my hubs on the mini treadmill behind me. Grateful for all of these things and for all to be possible. xo
