If you have not tried a Knockout Sweat class please do. They are so wonderful and there are loads of modifications and they make you feel like a badass and alive and you will get sweaty no matter what. xo

FANTASTIC CLASS!!! Immediate favorite.Stupendous soundtrack. Lots of modifications offered. SO much fun and so sweaty. I'm still smiling.

Oh I LOVED this. Doing it today at home on my mat with my weights made me so happy AND getting an Eminem song shout out?! Priceless. I went between my 5lb and 8lb. The floor ab work was fantastic. Thank you M! 

I'm so happy this was on the calendar for the 2024 Get Grounded challenge. I hadn't revisited it since 2022 and it is so so good and sweaty and took me back to the studio days. Excellent songs too.

I adore this class. I really needed a standing class this morning. All my joints are being cranky and my bones feel brittle.. (I'm going to blame walking hard LA streets and not my sandy desert for this). I really leaned into every bend and stretch and felt how Marnie was guiding us through the moves.  Just a magnificent class. xo

Whee! Can't wait to try this again because it was really fun and challenging and sweaty and for when I have a little more room. Paper birthday cake plates were truly swell substitutes for the gliders!
