Hi Gwen, good question! Recovery Flows tend towards the not intense, (in that they aren't usually super cardio-y), so maybe a 20 or a 30 of any of the Full Body Sculpt classes before might be nice. I have m<20 Full Body Express and and m<30 Full Body Sculpt on a list of go-to classes in general. Hope this helps!

Perfect after a walk in sand with the wind blowing every which way! Kept my shoes on and actually did some jumping. Super Duper Class.
