Lovely, stretchy, sweaty, my kitchen counter for a barre, stood on one leg in relevé and let go of the 'barre' (both sides!). It was awesome. Thank you!

Oh I loved this! So many bounces and kicks and en derrieres! Echoing  Marnie & Monique to not worry about how it looks but on how it feels. It felt great. Thank you too for the end of class discussion. It is so true that we need to teach our bodies to trust us, that really resonated today... like a 'self' trust-fall. Going to keep working on that. xo

Used 8s today! Purchased the half gloves and the extra padding was very comforting. Working up my wrist strength during the floor work. Modified and had a lot of fun focusing on moving my body around on one hand while kicking the other leg out - very joyful! xo

Wow!! The standing work with the ball was AWESOME. I want to do that every day. Note to self for next time: less slippery leggings so I can hold the mini ball behind my knee. The floor work was challenging in a really great way. Thank you for this gift! xo
