Oh what an excellent class. I love all of it. I also really enjoy standing for meditation after a standing class. I like to reach down and pat the ground after so she knows I know she's got us.

Highly recommend. Everything about this class was awesome. The floor flow 'mashup' was sublime, and the ball under the hip was really helpful. Thank you!

It's a really enjoyable class. I'm very happy that I revisited it today. It feels good to do moves that have been really challenging for me (on hip, and on the elbow oof!). I keep trying and keep getting stronger as we all do!

A move from the floor flow classes where we go to down dog, lift one leg up, then to plank and that same leg bends to the same elbow, then that leg up again (in DD) and then that leg to the other side but then we turn and sit down and stretch forward, then turn back to plank, then DD and do the other side.. I think you know what I mean? 😆❤️
