I’m still buzzing, I just wanted to thank you all so very much for one of the best mornings I’ve had in a while, and of course the biggest thank you to our KWEEN and wonder woman MARNIE!!! M/BODY I just finished a 30 min cardio and 20 min stretch… my first in about 3 months - first I had the pulled hammy and then (you won’t believe this!) I had a slipped disc (C6/7) - never mind the pain & agony - not being able to get to the mat for 10 weeks was devastating 💔 Pleased to report I got through today’s classes in one piece 😁 #stillgotit
