I never took any dance classes and would never believe I could even participate in balle. This class is so perfect for me. Slows you down. Makes you feel like you can do the moves and be a ballerina. Marnie never stops showing up and teaching you that you can do this stuff.

I love the classs with weights. I prefer these classes then going to the gym so anytime you can do heavier weights. Lower or upper body I am in.
