This one is so good. If you are not a dancer you might be intimidated by the title. But I assure you this is so good for teaching you some basic barre moves and stretches along with strengthening using body weight. A must for newbies and for old gs to revisit.

Best way to start a new year. By going back and looking thru fresh eyes you see so many little things that add up.

I would love a 45 min sweat sess with Tina Turner music. Mixing it up old school rock. I also love upper body with weights.

I love this workout. It is a great stretch and cardio flow and the best part is it is quick but really fun and keeps you grounded and mindful.

Revisited this one for the challenge. It was so hard but I am definitely getting stronger. Added to a playlist so I will keep pushing through.
